A message group for each lane to warn of waterlogging

In the monsoon, knowing early which lane is flooding and which drain is blocked lets people move their things, get children and older people to safety, and tell the municipality or city corporation. The idea: a WhatsApp or Messenger group for each lane, with one or two people in charge. Short rules: only water, drains and calls for help, with photos; nothing else, no rumours. Put 999 and the municipality’s published number in the group description.
