People needed to teach older people video calls and messages

In many families the children work in the city or abroad, and the old parents at home, phone in hand, cannot answer a video call, look at photos or send a message. Every time they must rely on someone else, and some people use that to cheat them. How to help: let the neighbourhood know you will sit beside older people and teach them, free: answering and ending a call, video calls, voice messages, looking at photos, turning on large text, and where 999 is saved. Each person does it on their own phone, with their own hands. Never ask for anyone’s PIN, password or OTP, never send money from anyone’s phone, and teach them this: anyone who asks for an OTP on the phone is a scammer.
