A cloth bag share box at the market gate

Many people forget their cloth bag, so they take polythene. The idea: a box at the market gate. Anyone leaves the spare cloth or jute bags lying at home; whoever needs one takes it and brings it back next time. One shopkeeper looks after the box. Fifty old bags from the neighbourhood are enough to start.
