Half an hour of cleaning when market day ends

After market day the whole ground is strewn with polythene, vegetable peel and paper, and over the next days it washes into the drains. The idea: every market day, once trading ends, shopkeepers and a few volunteers spend half an hour bagging the rubbish, food waste and plastic apart. Agree with the market committee or municipality where it is to be left.
