A weekly help table for filling government forms
মো. সাইফুল ইসলাম Desher Kaj team · 7 October 2026
In many Naogaon villages people get a government form and cannot tell what goes in which box. A mistake sends the form back and means another trip to a distant upazila, and some end up going to a middleman.
Set up a table on one fixed afternoon a week near the market or club room. A literate young person or a retired neighbour reads the form with people and tells them which papers are needed. Pin a simple list of common papers on the wall, and say clearly that no money is taken.
You need two or three volunteers, a table and chairs, pens, some way to get photocopies and a large-print notice. If anything about a form seems doubtful, advise people to confirm at the relevant office.
