A neighbourhood team to organise identity papers

In many Dinajpur homes the child's birth certificate, the mother's ID and school papers are not in one place. When needed they cannot be found and the work stalls. A few neighbours can fix a paper-sorting day. Give each family a file or plastic envelope and a simple list of papers that should be kept. For anything missing, find out together which office handles it and write it down. You need a few volunteers, a club room or school room, and cheap files or envelopes. Help those who lost papers to go to the local union parishad or the relevant office.
