Awareness on keeping land papers safe in a border village

In Jashore villages many keep land deeds and records in some corner of the house. If flood, fire or rats ruin them, getting new ones is painful. At courtyard meetings tell everyone to keep a photocopy elsewhere. Show how to wrap papers in waterproof bags and keep them high. Find out together which office to approach if papers are lost and write it down. You need a sensible representative, a few plastic bags and a courtyard meeting.
