A neighbourhood helper for migrants' families with paperwork

In many Cumilla homes a husband or son is abroad. Those at home struggle with land, bank or government paperwork. A trusted literate neighbour can twice a month explain the work to such families. Make a list of which office handles which task, and mention the official ways of sending money. No fee is taken. You need a helper, a notebook and a list of families who want this.
