A seasonal farming advice board for haor-side farmers

In the haor area of Netrokona early floods threaten to drown the rice. Many do not know when sowing or harvest is best. Put a board at the village centre. Learn from the upazila agriculture office and write each month's advice: which variety, when to harvest. When an early flood warning is heard, post it at once. You need a board, a writer and regular contact with the agriculture office.
