Many village pupils do not know how many kinds of work are open after school. They cannot imagine what lies ahead and lose interest, though people from the same school work in many fields. Keep one afternoon a year at school. Former pupils, such as a teacher, nurse, farm worker or small trader, tell about their work and how they got there. Pupils ask questions, and it is explained plainly what subjects each job needs. You need a classroom, a few former pupils' agreement and one teacher to coordinate. Nobody should be charged money.
