Teaching farmers to check weather news on their phone

In the Barind region both drought and sudden rain hurt farmers. Many have phones but do not know where to find advance weather information. One young person from the village can sit one afternoon a month with farmers at the tea stall beside the field. Show everyone on their own phone how to see forecasts and warnings. Then agree one rule: when you hear of rain or storm, call a neighbour and pass it on. You need a patient teacher, a place to sit, and farmers who have phones to come along.
