A fixed evening for video calls to families abroad

In many homes here someone is abroad. Elderly parents cannot work the phone, and go months without seeing their son's face. Young people in the para fix one evening a week on which they set up video calls on the phones of elders who want them. Keeping the time difference in mind, the time is agreed beforehand with the son abroad. Teach how to answer and raise the volume so next time they can manage alone. You need two or three young volunteers, a quiet room or veranda, and a phone with internet on.
