A household agreement on phone time in the family
মো. রায়হান কবির Desher Kaj team · 19 October 2026
At home, children sit with phones even at study time. Scolding does not help and only sours relationships.
A few families in the para sit together one day. Each household writes its own family agreement: no phones at the dining table, phones in another room during study, and phones off before sleep. The adults follow the same rules, otherwise children will not. After a month everyone meets again to talk about what worked and what did not.
You need a one-day meeting, paper and pen, and the agreement of everyone in the family.
