A map of spots with phone signal in hill villages

In many hill villages not everyone knows where phone signal can be found. In an emergency people wander looking for it. Young people of the para can walk around one day to see which hillocks or fields catch which network. Mark them on a hand-drawn map and show the best spot for emergency calls in bold. Hang the map on shop and school walls. If signals change, recheck once a year. You need a few young people, big paper, and village elders to show the paths.
