An offline neighbourhood contacts and info booklet

Often there is no internet, and then we do not know where to find the neighbourhood doctor, mechanic, mason or government office information. A few young people go door to door, take consent, and write everyone's trade into a small booklet: who does what and when they can be reached. At the end add the national emergency number 999 and the names of local government offices. Photocopy it and keep copies at tea stalls and schools. You need a few young people, paper, a small photocopy cost, and everyone's consent.
