A skills-swap circle in the weaving neighbourhood

Women in our area know stitching, design or weaving, but many do not see their skill as a way to earn. Others want to learn but get no chance. One afternoon a week a skilled woman teaches her craft and in exchange another teaches hers, with no fee. After a few months learners try selling their products at the local market. The earnings are recorded in a book where everyone can see. You need an open veranda, some thread and cloth, and people keen to teach.
