A first-month advice meet for young women starting jobs

Young women coming from villages to their first city job feel alone in an unfamiliar place. It takes time to work out where to stay, how to travel safely and whom to ask. A few experienced working women sit down for tea with newcomers one evening a month. They talk plainly about safe travel, hostel rules, relations with colleagues, and calling 999 or 109 in danger.
