A weekend morning for exchanging trade skills

In our area one person is a good electrician, another a welder, another a carpenter, but their work is unknown to each other, and young people have nowhere to learn. On one Friday morning a month, local tradesmen sit in the field or in front of a workshop. One shows a useful technique from his work hands-on in fifteen minutes. Interested youths ask questions and put their names down if they want to apprentice. Nothing is demonstrated without safety gear. You need an open place, the tradesmen's time, and the young people's interest.
