An advance list of work for families when winter jobs thin out

In northern areas, daily-wage work dries up in the cold and foggy months. Many families then worry about food, and the cost of warm clothes rises. Two months before winter, people of the para meet. Write in a notebook who knows which work and what kinds of jobs are known about, such as brick-field work, house repair or packing vegetables. Give two people the task of looking for work and passing the word around. In an emergency also speak to the local representative. You need a notebook, two coordinators, and everyone's cooperation.
