A habit of covering fish and meat in the market and keeping flies off

In hot weather flies settle on open fish and meat, and cutting happens beside drains. Upset stomachs, fever and diarrhoea become more likely. Sit with the market committee and sellers and agree: fish and meat are kept under a fine net or cover, chopping boards are washed daily, and waste has its own basket. Stick a green paper in front of the shops that follow this so buyers can tell. You need some net covers, baskets, paper, and two volunteers to walk round once a week.
