A monthly day for fathers to check in on their children's school
মো. শফিকুল ইসলাম Desher Kaj team · 6 October 2026
In many villages only the mother checks on school while the father is busy at work. News of how the child is studying, how often absent, and where help is needed never reaches him.
A few fathers in the para agree that on one holiday a month they will meet the teacher together. They look at the child's notebooks, ask about attendance, and ask which subject needs help. Then they report back to the family.
You need the teacher's agreement, a fixed day, and a little of the fathers' time.
