A rota for fetching drinking water in a salty area

In saline parts of Satkhira people sometimes walk a mile to fetch sweet water, and the job falls almost always on girls. School attendance drops. Families in the para agree a rota: each day one person from one household brings water for everyone by trolley or van. Boys take turns too. Going together saves time. Use clean containers with lids. You need a van or trolley, lidded containers, and a written rota.
