A neighbourhood companion to help elders organise legal papers
অমিত কুমার ঘোষ Desher Kaj team · 16 October 2026
Many elders worry about land, allowance or inheritance papers. They do not know which paper is where or whom to see, and are afraid of handing papers to strangers.
A trusted young person or retired neighbour visits the elders once a month, arranges the papers in a file and writes a list. No original paper is ever carried away. For complex matters, they go along to the union council or district legal aid office.
You need a file, a pen and patience.
