Help writing a list of questions before a case or village mediation

At legal or mediation meetings many people get nervous and forget the questions that matter. Later they feel how much they never learned. Sit with an educated neighbour or legal aid worker beforehand and write the questions: which papers are needed, when is the next date, who bears costs, will something be given in writing. Carry that sheet to the meeting and note the answers beside each question. You need an hour, a sheet of paper and a calm place.
