Volunteers to slow vehicles on the road outside school at closing time

Outside many Cumilla schools, crowds and fast vehicles endanger young children at closing time. There is no fixed way to cross the road. Two or three volunteers from parents and older pupils take turns, standing at the roadside half an hour before closing, raising a hand to slow vehicles and walking the little ones across in a line. Use bright cloth or a vest. If needed, ask the local administration for speed breakers. You need a few people and a rota.
