Pairing a helper with each elder and child for storm nights

When a signal goes up, everyone gets busy with their own tasks. Elders living alone, sick people and small children can be missed. Beforehand, sit down in the para and see who is alone or has trouble walking. Give each one a neighbour as a helper, who goes to them first when a signal comes. Keep the list with two people in the para, and update it when helpers change. You need a general meeting, a written list and willing neighbours. Write only names and houses, not private details.
