A para team to clear drain mouths before the rains

In the city, a little rain floods the road because drain mouths are choked with plastic and waste. When water enters homes, elders and children suffer most. A day before the rains begin, a few neighbours clear the drain mouths and covers. Note where waste gathers most. Report big blocked drains to the city corporation or pourashava officer. Ask everyone not to throw rubbish into drains. You need gloves, buckets, long-handled brooms and a fixed place to dump the waste.
