A mobile lending library on holidays

সুজন বড়ুয়া Desher Kaj team · 30 September 2026

Many neighbourhoods have no library, or it is far. Children cannot get story books, so the habit of reading beyond textbooks does not form. Carry 20 to 30 books in a box or cart to different paras on holidays. Children borrow for a week and return them next week for new ones. Record names and book titles in a notebook. Each time someone can read a story aloud. You need books donated by neighbours, a box and two volunteers.
