Helping elders keep their phone photos and numbers safe

When a phone is lost or breaks, many elders lose their children's numbers and the family photos. Many do not know these can be kept separately. Young people in the para can sit with elders once a month. Write important numbers in large letters on paper and show how to save photos and contacts safely. Keep the phone in the elder's own hands while teaching, and do not take note of their PIN or password. It needs a quiet corner, patience, and pen and paper. It also strengthens bonds between young and old.
