A talk on fire risk from phones and chargers in tenement rooms

In crowded rooms many chargers are plugged into one switchboard, and phones are charged next to the bed at night. Damaged or fake chargers can start fires. Landlords and tenants can sit together once. Share simple points: do not charge a phone on the bed overnight, replace cracked wires, do not crowd many plugs into one socket. If a fire starts, alert neighbours, get out first and call 999. It needs a time when everyone can gather and a hand-written poster.
