Keeping dated photos of canal and drain pollution

Waste builds up in our para's canal, blocking water and spreading a bad smell. When we complain we often cannot show proof, so action is slow. A few neighbours can take turns photographing the same spot once a week. Note the date and place and keep the photos in a notebook or folder. Then go together with them to the pourashava or union parishad and make the complaint. It needs a phone, a regular time and a few people to go along together.
