A story circle for working women on respectful conduct

Many women at work put up with insulting words or behaviour and stay silent. They do not know whom to tell and fear losing the job. Once a month, working women can sit in a room in the para and talk about their experiences, how to state a limit calmly and whom to ask for help. Remind them that 999 or 109 can be called in urgent cases. It needs a safe, private place and a calm facilitator. Agree first that nothing said will be repeated outside.
