A reading corner for workers' children during working hours

In tea gardens or work areas, when parents are at work all day, children wander alone and get little chance to study. Set up a small reading corner in a room in the para or under a shady tree. Keep some books, slates and picture books, and an educated young woman or retired teacher can sit with the children for two hours in the afternoon, teaching letters, stories and counting. It needs a shaded place, some books and notebooks and the parents' cooperation.
