Practice job interviews for young people

Many young men get nervous in interviews and cannot put their thoughts in order, so they miss jobs even when qualified. Those who have jobs or have seen hiring can sit with young people once a month. Practise questions and answers in pairs, introducing yourself, arriving on time and neat dress. Give one another honest feedback. It needs a room, some sample questions and willingness to practise. Remind them also that you never have to pay money to get a job.
