A winter clothes exchange for day labourers

In the northern winter, many day labourers who set out for work at dawn have no warm clothes. If they fall ill from the cold, work stops and so does income. Before winter sets in, fix a day in the para. Those with spare or outgrown warm clothes bring them clean, and those in need take them with dignity. There is no need to keep a list of who took what. It needs a place, a few volunteers and telling everyone in advance.
