No needless horns
A horn is a danger signal, not anger or hurry. Keep your hand off it in jams, at signals and near hospitals and schools.

Honking in a jam moves no vehicle an inch, but it strains everyone’s ears and nerves. Day after day in loud noise can dull hearing and ruin sleep and focus; children, patients and older people suffer most.
Use the horn only for real danger ahead. Not at signals, not in jams, not when the vehicle in front cannot move anyway. Never beside hospitals, schools and places of worship.
If you drive, keep to it; if you ride, ask the driver politely. If you own a vehicle, take out a loud hydraulic horn.
