A water-drinking bell at school on hot days

In the fierce heat of the Barind region many pupils go all morning without water, because the tap is far or they are shy of leaving class. They go home tired with headaches. Ring a bell at two fixed times a day so everyone drinks. One pupil per class takes charge, checking that bottles are brought and that the tap and glasses are clean. Teachers remind the little ones. You need a safe water source at school, clean glasses or bottles, and the agreement of teachers and parents.
