A weekend tea circle to talk openly about worries
মো. রাকিব হোসেন Desher Kaj team · 9 October 2026
Many people say nothing about worry, job pressure, debt or loneliness. Sleep, appetite and relationships suffer as the heaviness builds, yet everyone is shy of talking about it.
Once a week in the afternoon sit at a tea stall or on someone's veranda. One rule: nothing said leaves the circle, and listen before advising. If someone is badly low, accompany them to the nearest health centre or doctor.
You need a quiet spot, tea and biscuits, and two or three patient listeners.
